Berrylicious: 100% Corsica for this Pietra aged in red wine barrels from Domaine Orenga de Gaffory, and enriched with a raspberry coulis from Jardins d'Alesani. This blend gives this beer a beautiful frosted raspberry color. On the nose, raspberry dominates with tangy notes. On the palate, the raspberry coulis persists, bringing a fruity, tangy dimension that balances the roundness of the malts, while the cask brings woody notes supported by a pleasant astringency. Nose: Raspberry candy, tangy Taste: Pleasant acidity, raspberry coulis, slightly woody.

Dolce Sour Ale: Aged for 6 months in P&M Red Oak whisky barrels, this Pietra IPA benefits from lactic fermentation to develop a soft acidity that is pleasant to the palate. The nose is powerful, with fruity notes of lychee, guava, hops and rose. On the palate, the bitter sweetness enriches the alcoholic sensation, to develop a surprising smile with a gourmet acidity.
