Pleins feux sur le fruit juteux du pinot noir complanté avec du pinot gris d’un éclat incroyable, nuancé par des arômes floraux. Pinots Noirs (90 %) cueillis à Vertus et de Pinots gris (10 %) complantés dans ces mêmes vieilles vignes. Obtenue par une macération de quelques jours des baies, technique peu utilisée en Champagne.
