Once the item has been received, checked and accepted by our services, your refund will be made within 10 working days via the payment method chosen for the order. You will be informed by email. 

If an order has been placed with a credit note, the returned products cannot be reimbursed. The credit note will then be credited and valid for 6 months on umami.corsica. To use this credit in store, please contact us via our contact form.

When an order has been placed with a coupon, the value of the coupon will be deducted from the amount of the refund in proportion to the number of items ordered.
