Vin puissant avec une belle fraicheur. La couleur est limpide et la robe est de couleur jaune pâle habillée de vert. Notre Il libère un bouquet assez fort, typé fleurs blanches, pain grillé, fruits jaunes mûrs (mirabelle) et léger miel lorsqu’il a évolué. Il offre en bouche une vivacité que le temps amortit en révélant un bon moelleux. La minéralité, le registre des agrumes et la bouche opulente et très grasse en font un vin agréable à boire dès son jeune âge.
