Produced from a selection of 15-, 20- and 50-year-old Sciacarellu vines planted on the granite arenas of the Tavaro valley. The vines, cultivated according to organic principles and surrounded by maquis, benefit from the maritime influence, which brings a lovely freshness to the wine. Traditional vinification is completed by aging in stainless steel vats and demi-muid. Exuberant, this cuvée reveals notes of brandied cherry, raspberry and blood orange on the nose, enhanced by a touch of oriental spices. There's also a hint of garrigue and potpourri. Intense and greedy on the palate, this wine has great volume but retains a freshness that gives it perfect balance. The finish stretches out on a savory note.
