Cuvée Lume, which means "Light", is made from Vermentinu grapes grown in subsoils with varied characteristics influenced by Monte Grossu. The wine is then aged in oak and acacia barrels for 18 months, giving it added complexity and depth. The result is a rich, intense white wine, with aromas of exotic fruits and a fine acidity that brings freshness to the palate.
