First of all, this wine impresses with its minerality and salinity from the limestone soils of this climate. However, the tension is perfectly counterbalanced by 18 months of ageing in oak casks, bringing roundness and deliciousness with notes of butter, brioche, vanilla, hazelnut and fine oak. The aromas also evolve towards fruit, with notes of citrus, apple, apricot and pear. A great bottle that will express its full potential with a few years' cellaring.
