Spring frost deprived us of part of the harvest, so we called in two colleagues, Alain Boré and Thibault Masse. This "symbiosis" cuvée reflects the terroirs of our region. This Vin de France cuvée is vinified in barrels and stainless steel tanks. This wine highlights the schist and limestone terroirs of Anjou. It has a golden color and a generous nose of white-fleshed fruit. On the palate, the attack is lively and saline. Enjoy as an aperitif, with oysters or with fish, crunchy vegetables and lightly matured cheeses.
