Produced from a parcel of Vermentinu, the traditional white grape variety of Corsica. The vines are planted on arid, schistose hillside soil, close to the sea in the eastern Cap Corse region.
Pale yellow in color with green highlights, this cuvée reveals aromas of white flowers, white and exotic fruits and a hint of iodine. On the palate, fruit dominates, with very ripe citrus aromas. The finish is persistent, mineral and slightly saline.
