Olive oil PDO - Oltremonti Mill

Niché au milieu de douces collines verdoyantes recouvertes de vignes, de chênes et de peupliers, le Moulin Oltremonti s’étend sur 35 hectares divisés en deux parcelles entre mer et montagne sur la côte est de la Corse dans le Village de Linguizetta. Voici les différents types d’Huile d’olive Extra Vierge AOP que nous vous proposons :

Dolce: From the Ghjermana de Casinca variety and thanks to a late harvest, Dolce is an oil with sweet accents, with notes of riper fruit, fresh almond and green banana. Sweetness for an oil that brings out all the summer sunshine above our maquis.

Emilie: Made from the Ghjermana de Casinca variety, Cuvée Emilie is one of our special cuvées. The parcel from which the olives come is one of our first plantings, and we harvest our fruit at the end of the season to give you the benefit of its sweetness and fragrance.

Intensu : Issue de la variété Ghjermana de Casinca c’est en début de période de récolte que nous produisons cette huile. Intensu vous offre une complexité d’arômes : notes d’artichaut prédominant, d’herbe coupée avec une amertume subtile, une belle ardence et un poivrée noir plus intense.

Galoppa : Du vert dans vos assiettes ! Galoppa est une huile intense aux arômes d’artichauts crus qui vous laisse une sensation fraiche aux notes de menthe sauvages ou népita. Elle s’illustre par sa fraicheur en bouche et une certaine amertume plus persistante en fin de dégustation.

Athea: Produced from the Ghjermana de Casinca variety at the beginning of the harvest period, Athéa is one of our special cuvées. A blend that offers the freshness and ardor of the early harvest with a roundness that expresses all the delicacy that olive oil made according to the rules of the art can offer.
