The "Grand Chemarin" parcel, isolated in 2010, is home to 50-year-old Sauvignon vines facing south, on a slope with caillottes terroir. Aged in new demi-muids and two-year-old barrels for 11 months. "Grand Chemarin" perfectly blends the exotic character of a ripe Sauvignon with the natural minerality of Sancerre: green mango, passion fruit, graphite and flint. On the palate, great balance and mineral tension. A great wine with impressive ageing potential.
